Good location, close to tollway.
Smell in the room. It was filthy.
Good location but the place was a wreck. The room smelled badly. The bedding had stains and did not look like it was changed. The staff was rude but offered to change my room to a cleaner one. Where is the Alsip board of health? Stay away from this mess a...Read More

The attendents were friendly and helpful.
The carpet was badly stained.
The hotel served its purpose for the price. The carpet condition was the only complaint. It did change my perception and comfort level of the room.

We were able to leave it alive.
Noisy all night long and bathroom a mess.
It was noisy at all hours, cleaning people were up rolling cart around outside door at 7:30 am on Sunday morning.

Location, lobby.
Bugs in bed, smell in room.
I would not stay in this hotel again. We had two different rooms and members from each room woke with bites and bugs were found in the bedding. The carpet was filthy and the exterior corridor was filthy. It was a very disappointing hotel stay.

The bed was firm.
A lot of eye sores but it appeared that they were painting and my first room stunk like paint.
This hotel had many problems especially with the language barrier with the staff. I know they understand English but it seems that everyone uses it as an excuse for problems. Broken coffee maker, no cups for breakfast unless you asked. Noisy from car traf...Read More
