Overall Rating:
Very clean.
The smell of smoke was a little nasty and affected my sinuses keeping me up all night.Other that the above complaint, the hotel was excellent. I was quite annoyed when I found out that I could have called the hotel direct and got the same room for 96.00. I found this out by overhearing the clerk with other customers.

The setting on the Manatee River was very soothing.Can't think of a negative. Rooms could have been bigger.Great spot for the view. It was set off the main drag and was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I could see it as a great type of stay for the business traveler as well.

Easy access to and from interstate.I wasn't happy that my suite looked over the parking lot instead of the river like what was stated.Overall it was excellent. I will stay there again next time for business.

clean, new property on the river. Great Bar next doorno restaurant on sitegreat resort style place with lots of fun things to do around. Needs a spa and on site restaurant to finish it off.
