 Positive Comment - Excellent location. Right across the street from ocean. Easy access to beaches.

 Negative Comment - Needs new mattresses. Everything else was great.

Review - Highly recommended. Lots of beautiful plants outside. Great breakfast included. Has swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Easy access to ocean and beaches.

 Positive Comment - Ocean view, walking distance to beach.

 Negative Comment - The ants in the kitchen area.

Review - The hotel was lovely and very quiet for being of PCH. We had a very nice room, there were a few ants, but not so many that we had to call anyone.

 Positive Comment - Beautiful surroundings, lovely plants, excellent location.

 Negative Comment - For some people it might be difficult, as there is no elevator for public use.

Review - I would and plan to go back and use this hotel whenever in the area. Unfortunately we were so busy that we spent little time there. My husband and I said that next time we will absolutely spend more time there.

 Positive Comment - I loved the atmosphere around the rooms, very private like no one else was there.

 Negative Comment - The bathroom was impossible to keep warm, there was a constantly open window, and it was pretty chilly outside.

Review - I was pleased with the service, and beds were very comfortable. I would defiantly recommend this Best Western to friends and family.

 Negative Comment - Bugs in room, bathroom fixtures not working, bed uncomfortable, dingy/stuffy odor, TV remote confusing.

 Negative Comment - Dark room, needs redecorating.

Review - Good location, nice staff, liked the fridge, top, and microwave, for business travel. Pretty view, room was in need of redecoration, bed so, pillows so-so.
