The staff was helpful in checking in and out.
The room had mold in the bathroom and the room smelled of mildew.
The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the room smelled of mildew.

People at the front desk were friendly.
It's a renovated hotel but it's still old. The tub looked like it was over 20 years old.
It's a renovated motel but it still feels old. It has new paint and furnishings. But some items like the AC was old and the tub was old.

Poor service (30 minutes to check in with no one else in the lobby), tub was dirty, facet leaked, unsafe area.
Grimy rooms, very poor customer service, high crime area.
